  • 1 tablespoon Taco Seasoning
  • 1/4 cup Onion (chopped)
  • 1 1/2 cups Uncooked white Rice
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 8 Flour Tortillas (burrito size)
  • 1 cup Nacho Cheese Sauce
  • 2 cups Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and sauté chopped onion until translucent. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  2. Stir in water and taco seasoning; simmer on low heat.
  3. In a separate pot, cook rice in chicken broth according to package instructions.
  4. Mix salsa, garlic salt, cumin, sour cream, chipotle sauce, chili powder, sugar, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.
  5. Fluff cooked rice and combine with seasoned beef; mix in half of the sauce mixture.
  6. Assemble tortillas with nacho cheese sauce, filling mixture, and shredded cheese; roll tightly.
