  • 1 large crusty bread bowl (sourdough or artisan round)
  • 1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup crab meat
  • 1/2 cup scallops
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 shallot, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut off the top of the bread bowl and hollow out the center. Toast in the oven for about 8–10 minutes.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté garlic and shallots until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp and scallops; cook until opaque (3–4 minutes). Stir in crab meat to heat through.
  5. Lower heat and add heavy cream, cream cheese, lemon juice, salt, and pepper; stir until smooth.
  6. Mix in half of both cheeses until well combined.
  7. Fill the toasted bread bowl with the seafood mixture and top with remaining cheese.
  8. Bake for 12–15 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  9. Garnish with parsley before serving warm.
