Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350º F.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg.
  3. In another bowl, combine granulated sugar, brown sugar, milk, and egg whites. Mix well and stir in pumpkin puree until blended.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir gently until just combined.
  5. Spray a loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray and pour in the batter.
  6. Bake for 55–60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Let cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
