Ingredients
- 1/2 cup diced turkey turkey bacon
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 11 ounces frozen chopped spinach (thawed and squeezed dry)
- 14 ounces marinated artichoke hearts (chopped)
- 4 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
- 8 ounces cream cheese (at room temperature)
- 1 cup grated Pecorino Romano or Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup milk
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the diced turkey turkey bacon until crispy, then remove half for later use.
