  • 1/2 cup diced turkey turkey bacon
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 11 ounces frozen chopped spinach (thawed and squeezed dry)
  • 14 ounces marinated artichoke hearts (chopped)
  • 4 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (at room temperature)
  • 1 cup grated Pecorino Romano or Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the diced turkey turkey bacon until crispy, then remove half for later use.
  3. Add minced garlic, thawed spinach, chopped artichokes, shredded chicken, cream cheese, grated cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, milk, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Mix until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish if the skillet isn't oven-safe. Top with mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes. Increase temperature to 400°F and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden and bubbly.
