  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • ⅓ cup Dutch-processed cocoa powder
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 jar marshmallow fluff
  • 2 cups salted peanuts
  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In one bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, cocoa powder, and salt. In another bowl, beat eggs with sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in melted butter and vanilla extract.
  3. Combine dry ingredients with wet until just mixed. Pour into the prepared pan and bake for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool completely.
  4. For the nougat layer, heat butter, sugar, heavy cream, peanut butter, marshmallow fluff, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in peanuts and spread over cooled brownies.
  5. Melt caramel bits with cream over low heat; pour this mixture over the nougat layer.
  6. Melt chocolate chips with vegetable oil and spread over the caramel layer.
  7. Chill until set before cutting into squares.
