Ingredients
- 2 – 3 lbs. cubed beef
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 8 minced garlic cloves
- 3 medium diced carrots
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Coat the cubed beef in cornstarch by shaking in a gallon-sized freezer bag.
- In the slow cooker, combine teriyaki sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, minced garlic, diced carrots, soy sauce, beef broth, and the coated beef; stir well.
- Cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 8 hours until tender.
- If needed, thicken the sauce with a mixture of cornstarch and beef broth.
