1 can (11 oz) white shoepeg corn, drained
1 can (15 oz) French-style green beans, drained
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of celery soup (or cream of mushroom)
½ cup sour cream
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup finely chopped onion
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 sleeve buttery crackers (like Ritz), crushed
3 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease your baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
Step 2: Mix the Casserole Base
In a large mixing bowl, combine drained shoepeg corn, green beans, cream of celery soup, sour cream, shredded cheese, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Stir everything together until fully mixed and creamy.
