  • 1 ½ cups frozen mixed vegetables (corn, carrots, peas)
  • 10.75 oz can condensed cream of shrimp soup
  • ⅓ cup milk
  • 8 oz imitation crab, chopped
  • ¼ cup crumbled turkey turkey bacon
  • 1 ¼ cups shredded Monterey jack cheese (divided)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Creole seasoning
  • Refrigerated pie crusts

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, combine shrimp, mixed vegetables, cream soup, and milk over medium heat until thawed.
  2. Stir in imitation crab, turkey turkey bacon, ¼ cup cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Creole seasoning. Heat for 6–8 minutes.
  3. Prepare a pie plate with non-stick spray; unroll one pie crust inside.
  4. Spoon the seafood mixture into the crust and top with remaining cheese.
  5. Cover with the second crust, seal edges, cut slits for steam escape, and brush with melted butter.
  6. Bake at 450°F for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
