- 1 pound seafood mix (shrimp, scallops, fish)
- 1/2 lb fresh lasagna noodles
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking dish.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, whisk in flour, then gradually add milk until thickened. Stir in parmesan until melted.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, egg, parsley, and salt until combined.
- Sauté seafood mix in olive oil with salt, pepper, and parsley until cooked through.
- Layer the baking dish with béchamel sauce, lasagna sheets, ricotta mixture, seafood mix, and more béchamel; repeat layers.
- Top with remaining mozzarella and bake for about 35 minutes.
