  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon instant yeast
  • 1 ½ teaspoons salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ cups white whole wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature

Instructions

  2. In a stand mixer bowl, combine warm water, warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
