- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 box Spanish rice
- Chicken broth
- 2 cups salsa
- ½ cup queso cheese dip
- 10 ounces undrained Rotel tomatoes
- ½ cup diced yellow onion
- 1 diced bell pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- Dice the chicken breasts into 1-inch pieces and toss in taco seasoning.
- In a large oven-safe skillet, combine the contents of the Spanish rice box with chicken broth, Rotel tomatoes, onions, and bell peppers.
