Ingredients
- 2 cans Pillsbury Grands! Cinnamon Rolls
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 ½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice (divided)
- ½ cup packed brown sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a 12-cup bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Open each can of cinnamon rolls and cut each roll into four equal pieces; set aside the icing.
- In a gallon-size resealable bag, mix granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice. Add the cinnamon roll pieces, seal the bag, and shake until coated.
- In a mixing bowl, combine brown sugar and melted butter until well blended.
- Layer half of the coated cinnamon roll pieces in the bundt pan, drizzle half of the brown sugar mixture over them, then repeat.
