  • 2 cans Pillsbury Grands! Cinnamon Rolls
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice (divided)
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a 12-cup bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Open each can of cinnamon rolls and cut each roll into four equal pieces; set aside the icing.
  3. In a gallon-size resealable bag, mix granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice. Add the cinnamon roll pieces, seal the bag, and shake until coated.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine brown sugar and melted butter until well blended.
  5. Layer half of the coated cinnamon roll pieces in the bundt pan, drizzle half of the brown sugar mixture over them, then repeat.
  6. Bake for 40-50 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Let cool for five minutes before inverting onto a serving plate. Drizzle with reserved icing mixed with remaining pumpkin pie spice.
