Instructions
Step 1: Prepare Your Ingredients
If using fresh fruit, peel and cut into chunks.
For an extra creamy texture, use frozen banana and pineapple.
Step 2: Blend It All Together
Add pink pineapple, banana, strawberries, coconut milk, yogurt (if using), and sweetener to the blender.
Add chia seeds or flaxseeds for a fiber and omega-3 boost.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 30–60 seconds.
Add ice if a colder, thicker texture is desired and blend again.
Step 3: Adjust & Serve
Taste and adjust sweetness or liquid consistency as needed.
Pour into a chilled glass and top with your favorite smoothie toppings.
Serve immediately and enjoy your tropical escape.
Notes
Use Frozen Fruit – It creates a thicker, creamier smoothie without needing ice.
Add Protein – Blend in a scoop of protein powder or nut butter for a meal replacement.
Make It Green – Toss in a handful of spinach or kale for a nutrition boost (color will change).
Layer It – Serve in layers with plain yogurt or other fruit blends for a smoothie parfait.
Chill Your Glass – A cold glass keeps the smoothie refreshing longer.
