  • 2 bell peppers, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1.5 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 46 slices provolone cheese
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp dried marjoram
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp Montreal steak seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté diced onions and chopped bell peppers until tender (about 5 minutes). Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  2. Mix seasonings (salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, marjoram, oregano) in a small bowl.
  3. Add chopped flank steak to the skillet with veggies. Sprinkle in mixed seasonings and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until the steak is browned to your liking.
  4. Top the mixture with sliced provolone cheese. Cover and let it melt off the heat.
