  • 4 tsp instant espresso powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup plus 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1½ cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • ¼ tsp peppermint extract
  • 2 tbsp crushed peppermint candies

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In one bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, instant espresso powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix granulated sugar, Greek yogurt, milk, egg, vanilla extract, and melted butter until smooth.
  4. Fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until just combined.
  5. Fill a donut pan halfway with batter and bake for about 10 minutes.
  6. Cool the donuts on a rack before glazing with a mixture of powdered sugar, milk, and peppermint extract.
