Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or 2% for creaminess)

  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter (natural, unsweetened)

  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

  • Optional: ¼ cup mini chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate

  • Optional: Chopped peanuts or swirl of jam for topping

Instructions

Step 1: Mix the Base
In a large mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
Whisk or beat until smooth and creamy. You can use a hand mixer or food processor for an extra-smooth texture.

Step 2: Add the Extras
Fold in mini chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate if using.
Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if needed with a little more honey or syrup.

Step 3: Freeze the Mixture
Transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container.
Smooth the top and optionally sprinkle chopped peanuts or swirl in a bit of fruit jam.
Cover with a lid or plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Step 4: Serve and Enjoy
Let the frozen yogurt sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before scooping.
Scoop into bowls or cones and serve with your favorite toppings.

Notes

Use Full-Fat Yogurt – For the best creamy texture.
Natural Peanut Butter – Use one with just peanuts and salt for clean flavor.
Mix Well – Make sure all ingredients are fully blended for even freezing.
Soften Before Serving – Let it sit out briefly to get scoopable.
Add Variety – Try adding banana slices, swirl in chocolate syrup, or use almond butter instead.
