  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 2 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Prepare the peach filling by mixing cubed peaches, sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch, and water in a bowl.
  2. Make the dough by combining warm water, bread flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a stand mixer. Add milk, heavy cream, egg, tangzhong, and vanilla extract until a soft dough forms.
