Ingredients

– 1 can (16 oz) refried beans
– 1 tbsp taco seasoning
– 1 cup guacamole
– 1 cup sour cream (or plain Greek yogurt)
– ½ cup mayonnaise (optional, for creaminess)
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1 cup diced cherry tomatoes and red bell pepper (red layer)
– 1 tbsp sour cream lines (for white stripes)
– ½ cup blueberries for blue stars section
– ½ cup sliced black olives
– ¼ cup finely chopped red onion
– ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
– Tortilla chips or veggie sticks for serving


Instructions

1: Mix refried beans with taco seasoning and spread evenly in the bottom of your dish
2: Layer the guacamole on top of the beans
3: Mix sour cream and mayo, then spread evenly over the guacamole
4: Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese atop the sour cream layer
5: Arrange cherry tomatoes and red bell pepper over one third of the top to form a red stripe
6: Draw thin lines of sour cream across the cheese for white stripes
7: Place blueberries in a cluster in the upper-left corner to represent blue stars
8: Scatter black olives, red onion, and cilantro over the remaining cheese surface
9: Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving with tortilla chips or veggies
