  • 6 medium bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs (approximately 3 pounds)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the marinade by mixing cranberries, olive oil, coconut aminos, maple syrup, minced garlic, rosemary, and chicken broth in a bowl.
  2. Place chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
