Ingredients

Scale

For the Base:

  • 20 Oreo cookies (original), finely crushed

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

For the Cheesecake Filling:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • ⅓ cup powdered sugar

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • ½ cup whipped topping or whipped cream

  • 6 Oreo cookies, crushed (for mixing into filling)

For Topping (Optional):

  • Extra crushed Oreos

  • Melted chocolate drizzle

  • Mini Oreo cookies

  • Whipped cream dollops

Instructions

Step 1: Make the Oreo Crust
1. Crush 20 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or a rolling pin.
2. In a bowl, mix the crumbs with melted butter until evenly combined.
3. Line a muffin tin with paper liners and press about 1 tablespoon of the mixture into each cup.
4. Chill in the fridge while you prepare the filling.

Step 2: Make the Cheesecake Filling
5. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
6. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing well.
7. Gently fold in whipped topping or whipped cream until fully incorporated.
8. Fold in the crushed Oreos to create a cookies-and-cream cheesecake filling.

Step 3: Assemble the Bites
9. Spoon or pipe the cheesecake filling onto each chilled crust.
10. Smooth the tops with a spoon or offset spatula.
11. Garnish with extra crushed Oreos, a drizzle of melted chocolate, or a mini Oreo if desired.

Step 4: Chill & Serve
12. Refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours, or until set.
13. Remove from liners and serve chilled.

Notes

  • Use Room-Temp Cream Cheese – Ensures a smooth, lump-free filling.
  • Don’t Skip the Chill – The longer they set, the better the texture.
  • Customize Toppings – Add chocolate chips, caramel drizzle, or fruit for fun variations.
  • Go Mini – Use a mini muffin tin for bite-sized party treats.
  • Freeze for Later – These bites freeze well and are great for make-ahead desserts.
