Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- ¼ cup Italian bread crumbs
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup minced yellow onion
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese (diced)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, parmesan, onion, garlic, egg, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper; mix until just combined.

- Place meatballs on the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- While baking, cook spaghetti noodles according to package directions.
