Ingredients

Scale

For the Salad:

  • 1 can (29 oz) sliced peaches in juice, drained and chopped

  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed

  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix (dry)

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

  • ½ cup chopped pecans (optional, for crunch)

Optional Toppings:

  • Extra peach slices for garnish

  • Additional chopped pecans

  • Whipped cream dollops

Instructions

Step 1: Mix the Cream Base

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.

  2. Add sweetened condensed milk and beat until fully combined and silky.

  3. Mix in the dry vanilla pudding mix and blend until thickened.

Step 2: Fold in Whipped Topping
4. Gently fold in the whipped topping with a spatula.
5. Stir until the mixture is light, fluffy, and well combined.

Step 3: Add Fruit and Extras
6. Fold in the chopped peaches and mini marshmallows.
7. If using, stir in chopped pecans for texture and a hint of nuttiness.
8. Mix gently to avoid breaking up the fruit.

Step 4: Chill the Salad
9. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
10. The salad will thicken and the flavors will meld together beautifully.

Step 5: Garnish & Serve
11. Just before serving, garnish with extra peach slices and a sprinkle of chopped pecans if desired.
12. Serve chilled as a dessert or sweet side dish.

Notes

Use Ripe Fruit – If using fresh peaches, peel and slice them when perfectly ripe.
Soften Cream Cheese – Room temperature cream cheese blends smoothly.
Chill Well – Cold peach salad has the best texture and flavor.
Swap Nuts – Try walnuts or almonds if preferred, or omit for nut-free.
Make it Tropical – Add pineapple tidbits or coconut flakes for a fruity twist.
