Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- In another bowl, cream together softened unsalted butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add the egg, maple syrup, and maple extract to the butter mixture; beat well until combined.
