- 3/4 cup dry white grape juice
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 tsp old bay seasoning
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 cups cooked lobster, chopped (or substitute with grilled chicken)
- Fresh parsley and parmesan cheese for garnish
Instructions
