Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (8–9 oz each)
- 1/2 cup shredded Whole Milk Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Provolone cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 1/3 cup finely shredded Romano cheese
- Fresh oregano, lemon zest, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper
- Olive oil for frying

- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and season the chicken with salt.
