Ingredients
- 1 pound turkey breast (thickly sliced or leftover)
- 2 medium tomatoes (sliced)
- 8–10 slices cooked turkey turkey bacon (crumbled)
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
- King's Hawaiian Rolls (12-count)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the cheese sauce by melting butter in a saucepan. Whisk in flour and gradually add milk until thickened. Stir in salt, pepper, nutmeg, and cheeses until melted.
- Slice rolls horizontally and place the bottom halves in a baking dish. Layer with turkey slices, tomato slices, and crumbled turkey turkey bacon.
- Pour the cheese sauce over the layered ingredients. Brush melted butter mixed with garlic salt on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes; uncover and bake an additional 5-10 minutes until golden brown.
