- ½ cup ketchup
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 4 ounces shredded Monterey jack cheese
- ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 18 small whole grain tortillas

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together ketchup, honey, apple cider vinegar, molasses, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create the BBQ sauce.
- Place chicken in the slow cooker and pour the BBQ sauce over it. Cover and cook on low for 3-3½ hours or on high for 2 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken in a bowl. Whisk cornstarch into the remaining sauce in the slow cooker and cook uncovered on high for about 10 minutes until thickened.
- Mix shredded chicken with thickened sauce, cream cheese, Monterey jack cheese, and cilantro until well combined.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Warm tortillas briefly in the microwave if needed for easier rolling. Spoon about ¼ cup of filling onto each tortilla and roll tightly.
- Place taquitos seam-side down on the baking sheet, spray lightly with cooking spray, sprinkle with kosher salt, and bake for 12-16 minutes until golden brown.
