  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • Oil for frying
  • Fresh minced parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil the peeled potatoes in a large pot of water for 8-10 minutes until partially cooked.
  2. Drain and let the potatoes cool before shredding them using a food processor or box grater.
