  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 & 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with finely chopped onions until fully cooked. Stir occasionally.
  2. Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, and diced tomatoes. Mix well.
  3. Season with garlic salt, chili powder, oregano, and basil. Simmer for about 15 minutes.

  6. Reduce heat to low and add shredded cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until melted and well incorporated.
