Ingredients
- 1 pound ground lamb, beef, or chicken
- ¼ cup minced onion
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 large egg
- ½ cup finely crumbled feta cheese
- 1 teaspoon Greek seasoning
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1–2 cloves garlic (minced or pressed) for tzatziki
- ¼ teaspoon salt (to taste) for tzatziki
- half of one European cucumber (peeled, grated, drained) for tzatziki
- 1 cup plain yogurt (drained) for tzatziki
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint (plus more to taste) for tzatziki
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill for tzatziki
- freshly ground black pepper (to taste) for tzatziki
- 1 tablespoon olive oil for lemon rice
- 2 cups cooked rice (white or brown) for lemon rice
- juice of one half lemon (roughly 1 tablespoon) for lemon rice
- ¼ teaspoon salt (to taste) for lemon rice
- 1 cup tomatoes (diced, halved, or chopped) for cucumber salad
- 1 cup diced cucumber (drained) for cucumber salad
- 1 tablespoon olive oil for cucumber salad
- ½ teaspoon salt (to taste) for cucumber salad

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

- Form into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- For the tzatziki sauce, mix minced garlic with salt; add grated cucumber and drained yogurt. Stir in mint and dill; season with black pepper.
- For lemon rice, heat olive oil in a saucepan, add cooked rice, lemon juice, and salt; mix until heated through.
- Prepare cucumber salad by combining diced tomatoes and cucumber with olive oil and salt.
- Assemble bowls starting with lemon rice, topped with meatballs and tzatziki sauce alongside cucumber salad.
