Ingredients

For the Pudding:
1 cup plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or 2% for creaminess)
3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
3–4 tbsp maple syrup or honey (adjust to taste)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
2–3 tbsp milk (any kind, to thin if needed)

Optional Toppings:
Dark chocolate shavings
Fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries, or banana slices)
Chopped nuts or granola
Whipped cream or coconut cream
A sprinkle of sea salt or cinnamon

Instructions

Step 1: Blend the Base

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.

  2. Whisk well until smooth and creamy. Start with 3 tbsp sweetener and add more to taste.

Step 2: Adjust the Texture

  1. Add 1 tablespoon of milk at a time, whisking until the pudding reaches your desired consistency.

  2. It should be thick but spoonable and silky.

Step 3: Chill (Optional)

  1. For a firmer pudding and deeper flavor, chill in the fridge for 30–60 minutes.

  2. You can also enjoy it immediately if you like it fresh and soft.

Step 4: Serve and Top

  1. Spoon into small jars, glasses, or ramekins.

  2. Add your favorite toppings like chocolate shavings, fruit, or a drizzle of nut butter.

Notes

Use Full-Fat Yogurt – It makes the pudding extra creamy and rich.
Sift the Cocoa – Prevents lumps and makes for smoother mixing.
Taste as You Go – Adjust sweetness and cocoa to your preference.
Chill Before Serving – Gives a more traditional pudding texture.
Go Fancy – Layer with granola and berries in a glass for a parfait-style dessert.
