  • 2 cups dry elbow noodles

  • 2 teaspoons seasoned salt
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 large bay leaves
  • Kosher salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, then drain excess fat.
  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot; sauté for about 3-4 minutes until softened.
  3. Stir in diced tomatoes (with juice), beef broth, and tomato sauce. Mix well.
  4. Add dried parsley, oregano, bay leaves, kosher salt, and pepper; stir to combine.
  5. Bring the mixture to a boil; stir in dry elbow noodles. Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes or until noodles are tender.
  6. Remove from heat, stir in shredded cheese until melted throughout.
  7. Discard bay leaves before serving; serve hot in bowls.
