  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Olive oil
  • 2 large Russet potatoes (diced)
  • 1 tablespoon seasoned salt
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
