Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Beef Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt butter.
Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add ground beef, breaking it up with a spoon, and season with salt, pepper, paprika, chili powder, and cumin.
Cook until beef is browned, about 6-7 minutes. Drain any excess grease if necessary.
Step 2: Make the Honey BBQ Sauce In a small bowl, whisk together BBQ sauce, honey, Worcestershire sauce, and apple cider vinegar.
Pour the sauce over the cooked beef and stir to coat.
Let simmer for 3-4 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
Step 3: Assemble the Tacos Warm the tortillas in a dry pan or microwave.
Fill each tortilla with honey BBQ beef.
Sprinkle with cheese, red onion, cilantro, and shredded lettuce or cabbage.
Add jalapeño slices if you like some heat!
Serve with lime wedges and drizzle extra sauce on top if desired.
