Instructions
Step 1: Blend the Batter
In a blender, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, oats, banana, baking powder, vanilla extract, and cinnamon if using.
Blend until smooth and creamy, about 30–60 seconds.
Step 2: Preheat the Skillet
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.
