  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 large hamburger buns
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 4 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 8 slices turkey turkey pepperoni

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, oregano, basil, garlic powder, egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
  2. Shape the mixture into two equal patties about ¾ inch thick.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Cook patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until desired doneness.
  4. In the last minute of cooking, place mozzarella cheese and turkey turkey pepperoni on each patty to melt.
  5. Toast hamburger buns lightly until golden brown.
