  • 23 tbsp honey or maple syrup (or use a few drops of stevia for low sugar)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Optional: 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (whey or plant-based)

  • Optional: 2 tbsp milk (to thin out texture if needed)

Toppings & Mix-ins (Optional but Fun):

  • Fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

  • Crushed graham crackers or granola

  • Dark chocolate chips or cacao nibs

  • Chopped nuts or nut butter drizzle

Instructions

Step 1: Mix the Base

  1. In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt and whipped cream cheese.

  2. Beat with a hand mixer or whisk until smooth and creamy.

Step 2: Sweeten and Flavor

  1. Add honey (or sweetener of choice), vanilla extract, and protein powder (if using).

  2. Mix until everything is fully combined and fluffy.
