Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds store-bought pizza dough
- ½ scant cup extra virgin olive oil
- 8 cloves garlic, chopped
- 4 sprigs fresh rosemary, leaves removed and chopped
- Flaky salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Bring the pizza dough to room temperature in a lightly greased bowl.
- Cut the dough into 12 equal pieces using a bench scraper or knife.
- Pour 1 teaspoon of olive oil into each cup of a standard muffin pan.
- Shape each piece of dough into a rough ball and place it in the oiled muffin cups. Cover with a towel and let rest.
- In a small saucepan, heat the remaining olive oil over medium heat until hot. Remove from heat and mix in the chopped garlic and rosemary until fragrant.
- Spoon the herb oil over each dough ball and sprinkle with flaky salt.
- Bake for 14-16 minutes until golden brown. If they brown too quickly, cover loosely with foil.
