  • 1.5 pounds store-bought pizza dough
  • ½ scant cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 8 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 4 sprigs fresh rosemary, leaves removed and chopped
  • Flaky salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Bring the pizza dough to room temperature in a lightly greased bowl.
  2. Cut the dough into 12 equal pieces using a bench scraper or knife.
  3. Pour 1 teaspoon of olive oil into each cup of a standard muffin pan.
  4. Shape each piece of dough into a rough ball and place it in the oiled muffin cups. Cover with a towel and let rest.
  5. In a small saucepan, heat the remaining olive oil over medium heat until hot. Remove from heat and mix in the chopped garlic and rosemary until fragrant.
  6. Spoon the herb oil over each dough ball and sprinkle with flaky salt.
  7. Bake for 14-16 minutes until golden brown. If they brown too quickly, cover loosely with foil.
