Ingredients

  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon minced garlic
  • ½ teaspoon granulated sugar
  • ½ cup cooked crab meat, drained
  • 8 slices sourdough bread
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, green onion, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic, sugar, and crab meat until well combined.
  2. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and butter one side of each slice of sourdough.
  3. Place one slice in the skillet butter-side down. Spread about ¼ cup of the mixture on top and cover with another slice of bread, butter-side up.
  4. Cook on medium-low heat for 3 to 4 minutes until golden brown; flip and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes.
  5. Repeat with remaining sandwiches and serve warm with dipping sauces.
