- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 green onion, chopped
- ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon soy sauce
- ½ teaspoon minced garlic
- ½ teaspoon granulated sugar
- ½ cup cooked crab meat, drained
- 8 slices sourdough bread
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, green onion, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic, sugar, and crab meat until well combined.
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and butter one side of each slice of sourdough.
- Place one slice in the skillet butter-side down. Spread about ¼ cup of the mixture on top and cover with another slice of bread, butter-side up.
- Cook on medium-low heat for 3 to 4 minutes until golden brown; flip and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes.
- Repeat with remaining sandwiches and serve warm with dipping sauces.
