Ingredients
- 1 pound crab meat
- ½ cup crushed crackers
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley
- ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ tbsp lemon juice
- 6 egg roll wrappers
- Water (for sealing)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, egg, Old Bay seasoning, lemon juice, parsley, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Gently fold in the crushed crackers and crab meat until well combined. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Lay out the egg roll wrappers on a cutting board and lightly brush water along the edges.
- Place about 3 ounces of the crab mixture in the center of each wrapper. Fold up the bottom point, tuck in the sides, and roll tightly to seal.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Spray the egg rolls lightly with non-stick spray.
- Arrange the egg rolls in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 to 12 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown.
