To make this delicious banana bread, you’ll need:

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat the Oven

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan with butter or non-stick spray.

Step 2: Mix the Dry Ingredients

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.

Step 3: Mash and Mix the Wet Ingredients

  • In another bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
  • Add the crushed pineapple, eggs, brown sugar, melted butter (or coconut oil), and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.

Step 4: Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients

  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  • Fold in the shredded coconut and chopped nuts (if using). Be careful not to overmix!

Step 5: Bake the Banana Bread
