  • 3 stalks celery (diced)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 4 (6.5 ounce cans) chopped clams
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 4 medium russet potatoes (peeled and diced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
