Ingredients

Scale

For the Crust:

  • 1 package (14 oz) chocolate sandwich cookies (like Oreos)

  • 6 tbsp melted butter

For the Peanut Butter Layer:

  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese (softened)

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

For the Chocolate Pudding Layer:

  • 1 package (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix

  • 2 cups cold milk

For the Topping:

  • 1 ½ cups whipped topping

  • ¼ cup peanut butter chips

  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips

  • Chocolate syrup for drizzling (optional)

Instructions

Step 1: Make the Crust
Crush the chocolate sandwich cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a zip-top bag and crushing with a rolling pin.
In a medium bowl, combine the cookie crumbs and melted butter.
Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish to form a firm crust.
Place the dish in the refrigerator while you prepare the next layer.

Step 2: Prepare the Peanut Butter Layer
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth and creamy.
Add the powdered sugar and beat until fully combined.
Gently fold in the whipped topping until light and fluffy.
Spread the peanut butter mixture evenly over the chilled crust.

Step 3: Make the Chocolate Pudding Layer
In another bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and cold milk until thickened, about 2 minutes.
Spread the pudding evenly over the peanut butter layer.

Step 4: Add the Final Topping
Spread the remaining whipped topping over the pudding layer.
Sprinkle the top with peanut butter chips and mini chocolate chips.
Drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired.

Step 5: Chill and Serve
Refrigerate the lasagna for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow it to set completely.
Slice into squares and serve chilled.

Notes

Use Cold Ingredients – Cold milk helps the pudding set faster and better.
Chill Between Layers – If your kitchen is warm, chill each layer briefly to help them set firmly.
Fold Gently – When mixing whipped topping into the peanut butter layer, fold gently to keep it fluffy.
Let It Set – The longer it chills, the better the layers hold together when sliced.
Customize It – Add chopped peanuts, crushed pretzels, or Reese’s pieces for extra texture and flavor.
