Instructions
Step 1: Prep the Zucchini
Grate the zucchini using a box grater.
Place the grated zucchini in a clean kitchen towel or paper towels and squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
This step is important to keep the poppers from being too wet.
Step 2: Mix the Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, squeezed zucchini, garlic, almond flour, egg, green onions, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and parsley.

Step 3: Form the Poppers
Using your hands or a small scoop, form the mixture into small balls or patties about 1½ inches in size.
Set them aside on a plate.
