  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 2½ cups ricotta cheese
  • 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
  • 30 ounces jarred Alfredo sauce
  • 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
  • Red pepper flakes (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly spray a baking dish.
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta, parmesan, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Layer the bottom of the baking dish with Alfredo sauce and place three noodles on top.
  5. Spread half the ricotta mixture over the noodles followed by half the chicken and a drizzle of Alfredo sauce. Sprinkle with mozzarella.
  6. Repeat layering with remaining ingredients, finishing with noodles topped with Alfredo sauce and remaining cheeses.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes; remove foil and bake an additional 10-15 minutes until golden.
  8. Let rest before serving.
