Ingredients

Scale
  • 24 wonton wrappers

  • 1 cup cooked spinach, squeezed dry and chopped

  • 1 cup canned or jarred artichoke hearts, chopped

  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened

  • ½ cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt

  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • Cooking spray or olive oil

Optional Add-ins:

  • A pinch of red pepper flakes for heat

  • ¼ cup chopped roasted red peppers for extra flavor

  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning for a herby twist

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Lightly spray a muffin tin with cooking spray or brush with olive oil.

Step 2: Make the Filling
In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, spinach, artichokes, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Stir until well combined and creamy.

Step 3: Assemble the Wonton Cups
Press a wonton wrapper into each muffin cup, gently pressing to form a small “cup.”
Lightly spray the wonton wrappers with cooking spray to help them crisp up.

Step 4: Fill the Cups
Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the spinach artichoke filling into each wonton cup.

Step 5: Bake
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the wonton edges are golden and crispy and the filling is hot and bubbly.

Step 6: Serve
Let cool slightly before removing from the muffin tin.
Serve warm, garnished with extra parmesan or fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

Squeeze Spinach Dry – Prevents a watery filling.
Spray the Wontons – Helps them get extra crispy.
Don’t Overfill – Leave a little space to prevent bubbling over.
Serve Fresh – Best when warm and crispy right out of the oven.
Customize the Filling – Add your favorite cheeses, herbs, or even cooked chicken!
