Ingredients
For the Filling:

1 lb ground beef (or thinly sliced steak if preferred)

1 tbsp olive oil

1 medium green bell pepper, chopped

1 medium red bell pepper, chopped

1 medium onion, sliced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp smoked paprika
For the Sauce & Topping:

4 oz cream cheese, softened

¼ cup sour cream
-
½ cup heavy cream
-
1½ cups shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

½ tsp onion powder
Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Beef & Veggies

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and cook the ground beef until browned.

Remove beef from pan and set aside. Drain excess grease if needed.

In the same skillet, sauté the chopped peppers and onions for 5-7 minutes until soft.

Add garlic and cook for another minute.
Step 2: Mix the Filling
6. Return the cooked beef to the skillet.
7. Add salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and Worcestershire sauce.
8. Stir in softened cream cheese and let it melt into the mixture.
Step 3: Prepare the Sauce
9. In a small bowl, mix sour cream, heavy cream, and onion powder.
10. Pour this sauce mixture into the skillet and stir everything to combine.
Step 4: Assemble the Casserole
11. Transfer the beef and veggie mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
