  • 1/3 cup shredded sweetened coconut
  • For the Cream Cheese Buttercream: 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, chilled
  • 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine browned butter with granulated and brown sugars until blended. Stir in the egg and vanilla extract until smooth.
