  • 1 large egg yolk (room temperature)

Instructions

  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, pumpkin spice, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Beat in eggs, oil, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined; fill muffin tins about ¾ full.
  5. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth; add sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla extract until well blended.
