  • 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 1 can Rotel (drained)
  • ⅓ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup chopped bell peppers
  • ½ cup chopped onions
  • Shredded lettuce
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • Crumbled nacho cheese chips
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess grease.
  2. Stir in the taco seasoning and mix well; set aside.
  3. Sauté the chopped onions and bell peppers in the same skillet until softened.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the nacho cheese sauce with drained Rotel until smooth.
  5. Lay out tortillas and add layers of cheese mixture, sour cream, sautéed vegetables, seasoned beef, shredded lettuce, and crumbled chips.
